By the time you arrive at the Fright Night location, we will have spent months researching its history and its ghosts. We will have begun to construct a detailed case study on the location and will have themed experiments ready for you to conduct - where possible tailored to be relevant to the ghosts that have been reported there.
We will present to you the investigation plan and show you examples of captured paranormal activity such as video footage, photographs, EVP samples etc. We will also talk you through the equipment we will be using on location such as EMF Meters, Laser Thermometers, infrared video cameras, CCTV and lots more.
We will place you with your party into groups which will each have a fully trained PIGS team member to accompany you through the night. Your team will be assigned a call sign such as Tango Bravo, Alpha Bravo, Papa Golf etc these are used for radio communication and team reports.
We will familiarise you with our witness statements and the incident board which are both used through the night to collect team evidence of activity and experiences. Any report or statement will be fully investigated after the event by our research team.

These are just some of the things you can expect to get your hands on during the event. We use many things behind the scenes to attempt to capture paranormal activity along with traditional equipment such as: dowsing rods, pendulum crystals, and automatic writing planchettes.
You will have a structured investigation with us visiting all planned rooms and will have breaks for tea coffee and snacks.
You will be invited to join a members only facebook page where people that have been on the event with you can share their thoughts and photographs that have been taken and we can place updates on the progress of the case file study so you can keep up to date at your leisure.
You can expect a PIGS team member to give you space if you're an experienced investigator, help you if you're in-experienced and keep you safe all through our investigation. All are welcome to take part in experiments which may involve glass moving, table tilting etc but no experiment is compulsory and all guests wishes are respected by our team of experienced investigators and ex police officers.

Apart from having a great time you will be raising money to help save somebody's life through the work of The charity 'Anthony Nolan' .
Be safe in the knowledge the PIGS team conducts these Fright Nights without charging, so your money goes directly to The Anthony Nolan Trust .
The Anthony Nolan Trust is an independent charity, so it continually relies of financial support from individuals and organisations to carry out its lifesaving work. All our funding is secured through our own initiative, enterprise and hard work.
The main source of our income are the fees we need to charge for the searches we conduct (both in the UK and overseas) for donors whose tissue types match those of the adults and children throughout the world who need a lifesaving bone marrow transplant.
Our charitable fundraising events come in all shapes and sizes – we, and our many volunteers, can be seen doing anything from surviving without food for six days in the wilds of Dorset, to walking the Inca trail; abseiling from absurdly tall buildings; our very own high society Daisy Ball and an Emmerdale Extravaganza.
Legacies, payroll giving and one-off donations are making a growing contribution to our income, as is corporate support. High awareness, and the positive association the public has with our work, is influencing more and more commercial organisations to explore sponsorship with The Anthony Nolan Trust.
The expertise we have acquired in tissue-typing over the years also enables us to offer to the medical profession the service of providing molecular analysis of blood and organ tissues. In this way, by undertaking activities in support of our charitable objectives, we generate income to fund more charitable initiatives.
