The Mission of the Pre Investigation Team is to thoroughly research the history of a location and to instigate the information from a medium (if needed) to gain us target areas for the actual Investigation, the work done here is the most important in the overall operation of the P.I.G.S. This team headed by Matt and really brings quality to our work.
