Awarded for Activity this is the 3rd highest P.I.G.S certificate.

To be awarded this certification a location must have evidence recorded by the P.I.G.S    showing photographic evedence which cannot be discounted through examination of contamination of location. alternatively an audible communication other than a human voice, evidence collated through experiments conducted on the investigation.
