Wave software seems to be available for Vista, XP, also Mac users, its really simple to use really effective and saves loads of time, Its a great editor and what's even better you can get it here for free

   Hints and Tips

 

Break your recordings down in to segments, save them as MP3  and don't try to manipulate your recording as this will make the recording false because you have manipulated it, also remember to save the original as a master so you can always refer back to it should you make an error whilst editing it.
