Here are a couple of paragraphs of what we found when investigating
Main area of focus for our group was the front warehouse. Started there and as soon as we went in, there were a few creaks and noises. Most of these were the building settling down. We went around and got some baseline readings, mostly for temperature changes with an average temp of about 15-16oC. EMF meter was almost on constantly- found an area where this was spiking, which in which on closer inspection could be ruled out as underfloor cabling to the plant room.
We split up in the room, and sat for about 10-15 minutes in quiet, while we let the room settle. After this, we did a few call outs, resulting in a couple of the team feeling very cold. One of the group described it as someone walking over his grave. We congregated on his location, and continued to take readings, and we conducted an EVP session. During this, there were a few audibles, sounded like someone tapping on the racking, in response to the question 'can you give us a sign that you are here?'. The team member with the camera reported seeing a light on the screen that seemed to be moving, and said that at one point while calling out, it came towards us. On going to investigate, as i rounded the corner of the racking saw a shadowy figure rush along the wall next to the door. I went back along the way i had come and came through again to make sure it was not my shadow, and the movement was totally different to what i saw- more defined and a different direction of travel. We moved to where i had seen this, and took some more readings, which is where we found the cabling to the plant room. Temperature was pretty constant here. I felt drawn to a different part of the warehouse, so the group and i went to the central part, where Lib and Lauren had seen a figure move earlier in the evening.
I had the EMF meter, and so went down there to take readings. I found several points where it spiked, and on moving the meter back to these points, the reading was not spiking- in fact, the impressio n was that it was moving along. we all gathered at this point, and did some more callouts here. This resulted in a couple of the group feeling very cold, but no discernable changes in temperature on the thermometer. At this point, we were joined by Lib and she said she felt that there was something around by the boxes near the door. I took a couple of photos from this area. We set up some trigger objects in this area. these did not move.
We then joined a ouija board session in the rear warehouse. I filmed this, and has a feeling that someone was standing behind me. When i looked, at one point lib was there, but only for a few seconds. When she left, the feeling didn't go, it was quite an overbearing feeling. Following this, there was a break. before we went for a coffee, three of us entered the area. we all felt really uncomfortable, personally, i felt something push my right hip as though trying to get me to leave the area. A group of us went to do a ouija board in the cage type area by the rear area.
We went back into the area a bit later on, and used the ouija board. We started, and i was filming. At one point Lauren felt like something was pushing on her head, ad this stopped, to be replaced by something pushing down on her shoulders. I recorded this on film. When we restarted the session we got results indicating a spirit different to the first one. This one claimed to be a Derek Burton, who was 46 when he died. He was killed in an accident on the site on 31st May 1961. I have looked into this since, via the local papers, but nothing has been found to support this. During the session, i had a sensation of someone standing behind me, and disregarded it as someone was there, but then it was like something walked over my grave. This started at my back, and felt like it encompassed me through to the front of my body just under my ribcage. it then dissipated off to my left hand side, where it went pretty cold. at one point, although i cant remem ber when, but i looked away, and then, when i looked back, thought i saw an orb move across the camera from the middle of the board off to the left, past Lib's right hand side.
