The Mag-Lite isn't just any torch, it is very robust, has adjustable light focus and can be fitted with coloured lenses,it has a complete stainless steel body and although is one of the most expensive torches on the market its worth in our view every penny.
Each mag-Lite you but has stamped on it its own unique serial number and can be purchased in different sizes and light source such as LED of traditional bulb.

Hints and Tips
Make sure you have fresh power cells, there is also a spare bulb situated in the foam in the batteries cap should you need it, It is claimed by some that spirit dislike bright white torches instead much prefer a red source of light, you can purchase lenses for your mag lite so their might be some mileage in fitting a red one for the purpose of investigation.
Get some blue tac and keep in your pocket in the event that you need to place your maglite on a table or similar you will find it rolls off so you can attach a small piece to your maglite to stop it from rolling away.
one final point that is great about the mag-lite, if your are the sort of person that needs to fiddle with stuff the lovely weighted feel to the mag-lite means you can gently throw it and spin it like a drum stick and catch it again.
